Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Research Analyst who can gather, organize, and interpret market, customer, and competitor data to support business growth and marketing decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct market, competitor, and industry research.
- Collect and analyze customer trends and consumer behavior.
- Prepare research reports, presentations, and actionable insights.
- Monitor fashion, retail, and digital marketing trends.
- Support marketing and business teams with data-driven recommendations.
- Research new business opportunities, products, and target markets.
- Track campaign performance and prepare performance summaries.
- Organize research data using Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation tools.
- Collaborate with content, creative, and digital marketing teams.

Required Skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent internet research skills.




- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to interpret data and present clear insights.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple research projects and meet deadlines.

Qualification

- Graduate in Business, Commerce, Management, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Freshers with strong analytical skills are welcome; prior experience is an added advantage.
