Role Description The Reporter is a full-time, on-site role based in Hisar. In this position, the Reporter will gather information from classes, events, staff interactions, and student activities to create accurate and engaging education-focused stories and updates. Daily tasks include researching topics related to AFCA’s courses, conducting interviews, verifying facts, and producing clear written content for internal newsletters, social media, and other communication channels.

The Reporter will collaborate with instructors and administrative teams to highlight key developments, success stories, and announcements, and may support basic multimedia content such as photos or short video segments. The role requires consistent on-site presence to cover real-time activities and maintain close contact with the learning environment.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Reporting and News Writing skills for accurate, timely,



and engaging coverage of AFCA activities.

Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Writing skills to create explicit, accessible content for diverse audiences.

Candidates should possess basic Multimedia skills to support visual or audio elements in stories when needed.

Candidates should have strong attention to detail, fact-checking ability, and organizational skills.

Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in Hisar, collaborating with faculty, staff, and learners.

A background in journalism, communications, or related fields and experience in education or training environments is beneficial.

Proficiency with common office and content tools (word processing, basic image or video tools, and social media platforms) is an advantage.
