Compensation Structure for the remote role:

10 demos scheduled in a month – ₹2,750 (including ₹250 bonus)

20 demos scheduled in a month – ₹5,500 (including ₹500 bonus)

The primary objective of this role is to reach out to e-commerce businesses in India via cold calling to inform them about Axentra OS and secure a demo. Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.

Excellent communication skills for engaging diverse audiences.

Strong passion for digital marketing, social media marketing, web development, SEO and eagerness to learn within a startup environment.

Proactive mindset, ability to take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Team collaboration skills coupled with independence and self-motivation.
