Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and social media.

Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.

Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.

Post job openings across multiple hiring platforms.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

Manage candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Support end-to-end Talent Acquisition activities.

Eligibility

Any Graduate (Completed) or MBA (HR) (Completed).

Final-year students and candidates currently pursuing their graduation or MBA are not eligible.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.

Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and MS Office is preferred.
