As a Reltio Developer, you will serve as a technical cornerstone in architecting and implementing sophisticated Master Data Management (MDM) solutions that drive enterprise-wide data integrity. You will work closely with cross-functional data engineering teams, business stakeholders, and solution architects to translate complex business requirements into robust Reltio Cloud configurations. By designing scalable data models and seamless integration patterns, you will directly influence how organizations leverage their data assets to improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experiences, and support data-driven decision-making across global business units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive Reltio Data Models that align with complex business domains to ensure high-quality, unified data representation.
- Develop and maintain complex integrations using Reltio Integration Hub and RESTful Webservices to facilitate real-time data synchronization across the enterprise ecosystem.
- Author efficient Groovy scripts to handle custom validation, transformation, and workflow automation, ensuring data quality standards are consistently met.
- Collaborate with data architects to integrate Reltio with upstream and downstream systems using MuleSoft and Kafka, ensuring reliable and scalable data pipelines.
- Optimize Reltio REST APIs to improve system performance and reduce latency for high-volume data requests from client applications.
- Lead the troubleshooting and resolution of technical bottlenecks within the MDM landscape to minimize downtime and maintain system reliability for end-users.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated expertise in Reltio Cloud configuration, including deep knowledge of L3/L4 data modeling and tenant management.
- Proven ability to build and manage complex data pipelines using MuleSoft and Kafka, ensuring seamless connectivity between disparate enterprise systems.
- Solid proficiency in Groovy scripting and RESTful Webservices, with a focus on writing clean, maintainable code for custom MDM logic.
- Exceptional analytical skills to translate ambiguous business requirements into precise technical specifications and scalable data architectures.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate within a distributed team environment across Hyderabad, Kolkata, and Chennai.
