Hedge School is looking for motivated and professionally driven Relationship Managers to strengthen institutional partnerships and programme outreach activities. The role focuses on building strong relationships with colleges, faculty members, and students while promoting the educational and financial market programmes offered by the organisation.
This position requires candidates who are confident communicators, capable of coordinating with educational institutions, and willing to travel for meetings and programme-related activities.
Core Responsibilities
● Build and maintain professional relationships with colleges and educational institutions
● Coordinate with faculty members and college management regarding programme collaborations
● Schedule appointments and conduct meetings with institutions
● Organise and conduct student orientation sessions on programmes offered by the organisation
● Identify and approach new institutions and clients for programme expansion
● Maintain regular follow-ups and relationship records
● Represent the organisation during institutional visits and promotional activities
● Coordinate programme communication between institutions and internal teams
Candidate Requirements
Educational Qualification
● Bachelor’s degree or master's in any discipline
Skills Required
● Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
● Excellent networking and relationship management skills
● Good presentation and coordination capabilities
● Ability to work independently and meet targets
● Proficiency in MS Office applications
● Willingness to travel extensively for official work
Preferred Profile
● Experience in relationship management, business development, educational coordination, or marketing will be preferred
● Familiarity with college networking and institutional interactions is an added advantage
● Strong negotiation and convincing skills preferred
Additional Information
● Travel is mandatory for this role

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
