We are hiring on behalf of one of our banking clients for the role of Relationship Manager – YES FIRST (Junior Management / Manager-Senior Manager grade, Branch Banking). Key Responsibilities:

Manage the banking and investment relationship for a portfolio of clients, driving overall growth of Liabilities & Investments.

Develop, manage, and expand the premium ("YES FIRST") customer segment, ensuring service levels exceed client expectations.

Identify current and potential relationships within the portfolio to grow business.

Own sales targets spread across liabilities, retail assets, cards, and investments.

Proactively sell the full range of consumer and investment products to existing and prospective HNI relationships.

Grow CASA balances in the allocated portfolio through acquisition.





Drive higher product and channel penetration to increase wallet share.

Ensure portfolio quality through regular client engagement, maintaining solid relationship value.

Act as the primary point of contact for mapped clients.

Provide Financial Planning and Investment Advisory support to clients. Qualifications:

Graduation required; Post-Graduation preferred.

AMFI / NCFM / IRDA / JAIIB / CAIIB or similar certifications are an added advantage.
