Job Title: Counter-party Onboarding Relationship Manager Supply Chain Finance

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Counter-party Onboarding Relationship Manager to manage the end-to-end onboarding of vendors, dealers, and other counterparties under Anchor-led Supply Chain Finance (SCF) programs. The role will be responsible for onboarding, KYC and documentation, coordination with internal stakeholders, counterparty activation, utilization, and early-stage portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with vendors, dealers, and counterparties to explain Supply Chain Finance products, perks, eligibility, and onboarding processes.
- Manage the complete onboarding lifecycle, including KYC, documentation, risk checks, approvals, limit setup, and activation.
- Coordinate with Credit, Risk, Operations, Legal, and Technology teams to ensure smooth and compliant onboarding.
- Drive counterparty activation, first drawdown, and utilization of sanctioned limits.
- Monitor counterparty-level ageing, overdue accounts, and early warning indicators.
- Follow up with counterparties for timely payments and support Collections in resolving early-bucket overdue cases.




- Coordinate with Anchor Relationship Managers to resolve payment disputes and counterparty-related issues.
- Identify and resolve documentation gaps, operational issues, and onboarding bottlenecks.
- Support reactivation of inactive counterparties and improve portfolio utilization.
- Maintain MIS, onboarding funnel trackers, utilization reports, and ensure adherence to defined TATs.
- Support Anchor Relationship Managers in portfolio growth, utilization, and overall portfolio hygiene.
