Job Type: Full-time The ideal candidate will be responsible for gaining a deep understanding of the clients' business objectives and challenges and creating strategic recommendations based off of this understanding. You will do so by building a robust relationship with our clients and analyzing our clients' data. Essentially, you will act as the main point of contact for our clients.

Responsibilities Manage and strengthen relationships with existing corporate clients. Ensure high customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and timely issue resolution. Generate repeat business and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and after-sales support. Prepare quotations, proposals, and maintain accurate CRM records. Achieve assigned revenue targets while ensuring customer retention.





Qualifications 2–3 years of experience in Corporate B2 B Sales, Key Account Management, or Relationship Management. Good understanding of IT Hardware products and solutions. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Customer-focused, target-driven, and proactive approach.

Indicators (KPIs) Revenue from existing customers. Customer retention and account renewal rate. Repeat order conversion. Upselling and cross-selling revenue. Customer satisfaction score.
