Job Title: Relationship Officer

Location: Offshore India – Bangalore

Duration: 6 Months

Role Summary The Relationship Officer is responsible for managing customer interactions related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Fund Transfer, and Know Your Customer (KYC) remediation through outbound calling channels. The role focuses on ensuring timely case resolution, customer verification, regulatory compliance, and high-quality customer service while meeting productivity, quality, audit, and SLA requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle outbound customer calls related to AML, Fund Transfer, and KYC remediation activities.
- Verify customer information and documentation in accordance with regulatory and internal compliance requirements.
- Ensure timely processing and closure of assigned cases within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism during customer interactions.
- Accurately record customer interactions, case updates, and required documentation in the designated systems.
- Address customer queries related to AML, KYC, and fund transfer processes and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Maintain compliance with banking regulations,



internal policies, and risk management guidelines.
- Meet daily productivity, quality, and performance targets established by the organization.
- Escalate complex or high-risk cases to the appropriate internal teams when required.
- Participate in quality audits, process improvements, and training initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of customer information during all interactions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support smooth and timely completion of customer verification processes.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Banking, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in banking operations, customer service, AML, KYC, fund transfer, or financial services.
- Experience in outbound customer calling or customer relationship management is preferred.
- Basic understanding of banking regulations, AML, KYC, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and banking/customer relationship management systems.
