Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Bhopal Region/ Mumbai and Gujarat locations. This role focuses on building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers, understanding their financial and protection needs, and recommending suitable life insurance and associated solutions.

The Relationship

Manager will manage a portfolio of clients, conduct regular follow-ups, assist with policy onboarding and servicing, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include meeting prospective and existing customers, explaining product features and benefits,



coordinating with internal teams for smooth policy issuance, and adhering to regulatory and company guidelines. The role also involves achieving assigned sales and service targets, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and representing HDFC Life in a skilled and ethical manner.

Qualifications min 6 month experience in BFSI, NBFC and sales .

Strong customer relationship management, client servicing, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customer segments.

Sales, cross-selling, and negotiation abilities to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.

Good communication skills in English and local languages, including clear presentation and active listening.

Basic financial awareness and understanding of life insurance, protection, savings, and investment products (prior insurance or BFSI experience preferred).

Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients, follow-ups, and documentation accurately.

Comfort with using computers, CRM tools, and digital channels for customer outreach and policy servicing.

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a degree in business, finance, or related fields is an advantage.

Demonstrated integrity, customer-centric mindset, and ability to work towards targets in a structured, compliant manner.
