Objective

Drive sustainable business growth by increasing transaction volumes, maintaining healthy margins, expanding the partner network, and supporting inventory procurement at competitive market rates.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and strengthen relationships with existing Channel Partners, IFAs, Wealth Managers, Family Offices, and other distribution partners.
- Increase business from the existing partner base while continuously onboarding new partners.
- Maintain solid profitability by ensuring healthy margins on all transactions.
- Work closely with the Capital Markets and Investments teams to source high-quality bond inventory at the most competitive market yields.
- Maintain regular engagement with partners by providing product updates, investment ideas, market insights, and timely execution support.
