Role Description This is a full time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Latur.

The Relationship

Manager will work closely with small and micro enterprise customers to understand their financing needs, explain loan products, and guide them through the application and documentation process. The role involves sourcing and onboarding new clients, maintaining regular contact with existing customers, and ensuring timely follow-up on repayments and renewals.

Manager will conduct basic financial assessments, verify business information in the field, and adhere to company credit policies and processes.



The role also includes coordinating with internal teams for loan processing, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to portfolio growth while ensuring customer satisfaction and responsible lending practices.

Qualifications Strong client relationship management abilities, including customer engagement, needs assessment, and service orientation.

Competence in basic financial understanding, such as interpreting income, expenses, and repayment capacity for small businesses.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain financial products clearly to diverse customer groups.

Capability to work in the field, conduct business visits in and around Latur, and manage time and territory efficiently.

Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, record-keeping, and adherence to internal processes and compliance requirements.

Proficiency in using digital tools and mobile or web-based applications for data entry, tracking, and reporting.

Prior experience in retail lending, microfinance, or SME finance is preferred but not mandatory.

Minimum educational qualification of a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent level of education; local language proficiency and a valid means of local travel are advantageous.
