Key Responsibilities -

● Customer Engagement: Connect with customers who visit the website or product, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.

● Lead Conversion: Convert inbound leads into successful sales opportunities.

● Product Guidance: Explain product features, benefits, and usage to potential customers. Relationship Building: Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

● Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals set by management.

● Reporting: Provide regular updates on customer interactions, conversions, and performance metrics.

Requirements -





● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

● 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in customer-facing or inbound lead conversion roles.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to explain products clearly and persuasively.

● Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
