MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

- 7+ years of experience in Reinsurance Sales, Business Development, or Client Relationship Management.
- Experience working with insurance brokers, reinsurance brokers, general insurers, or reinsurers
- Demonstrated success in business acquisition, client relationship management, and revenue generation
- Solid understanding of Treaty and/or Facultative Reinsurance

JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Drive new business acquisition and grow the reinsurance portfolio across assigned markets.
- Develop and manage relationships with insurers, reinsurers, brokers, and corporate clients.
- Identify client requirements and structure appropriate reinsurance solutions.




- Lead client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and business discussions.
- Collaborate with technical, underwriting, and servicing teams to deliver seamless client solutions.
- Develop business strategies to maximize revenue, client retention, and market penetration.
- Monitor market trends, industry developments, and emerging opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international reinsurance partners.
- Contribute to strategic growth initiatives and mentor junior team members (for senior/leadership roles)

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is mandatory; an MBA/PGDM will be an added advantage.
- Professional insurance certifications such as III, AIII, ACII, or equivalent are preferred.
