As a Regulatory Affairs Officer, you will ensure that our diverse product range—from herbal skincare to specialized oral care—is fully compliant with Indian and International regulations. You will bridge the gap between product development and the market, ensuring every formula is safe, legal, and ready for our global consumers.

Key Responsibilities

✔Licensing & Submissions: Manage applications for manufacturing licenses, product permissions, and renewals via the CDSCO (Sugam) portal.

✔Compliance Oversight: Ensure all formulations and raw materials adhere to the Drugs and Cosmetics Act and relevant BIS standards.

✔Technical Documentation: Prepare and maintain Product Information Files (PIF), Dossiers, and stability data reports.

✔Labeling & Artwork: Review all packaging, claims, and labels to ensure they meet legal standards and are free of “misbranded” or “adulterated” risks.

✔Liaison:



Coordinate with state FDA offices and external testing laboratories for product approvals and certifications.

✔Export Regulatory Support: Assist in providing documentation (MSDS, COA, FSC) required for international registrations in markets like the USA, EU, or UAE.

Education

✔B.Pharm / M.Pharm or M.Sc. in Chemistry/Cosmetic Technology.

Experience

✔1 to 3 years of core regulatory experience in the Cosmetics or Personal Care industry.
