Job Summary

We are looking for skilled and empathetic Registered Nurses (RN) to provide high-quality clinical care to patients in a home setting. You will be responsible for managing complex care plans, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring optimal health outcomes for patients requiring specialized medical attention at home.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor, record, and report vital signs, symptoms, and health status changes.

- Administer prescribed medications, injections, IV fluids, and wound care treatments.

- Manage specialized medical equipment (e.g., catheter care, tracheostomy care, feeding tubes, oxygen therapy) if required.

- Execute clinical care plans in coordination with attending physicians and family members.

- Maintain explicit, accurate, and timely daily clinical documentation and shift handovers.

- Ensure strict adherence to infection control, safety, and medical hygiene standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Diploma in Nursing (GNM) or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.

- Freshers Welcome

- On-the-Job Training Provided

- Experience Certificate Issued After 3 Months

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
