Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Staff Nurse to provide exceptional home healthcare services to patients. The Staff Nurse will assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans, administer treatments, monitor patient progress, and educate patients and families to promote optimal health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide professional nursing care to patients in their homes according to physician orders and company policies.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and document findings accurately.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, injections, IV therapy, wound care, and other prescribed treatments.
- Monitor patient conditions and promptly report changes to physicians and supervisors.
- Educate patients and family members on disease management, medication use, nutrition, and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and nursing documentation.
- Ensure infection prevention and control practices are followed at all times.
- Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide emotional support and compassionate care to patients and families.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and take necessary actions to ensure patient safety.
- Uphold patient confidentiality and comply with all healthcare regulations and ethical standards.

Qualifications
- Diploma, GNM, or B.Sc.



Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid nursing registration/license with the appropriate nursing council.
- Minimum [1–2] years of clinical nursing experience (home care experience preferred).
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.
- Knowledge of medication administration, wound care, and chronic disease management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple patient assignments.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred.
