NThe Senior Manager – Regional Training Manager will be based out of Mumbai and will lead training delivery across multiple branches in the assigned region. The role is responsible for strengthening employee capability through functional, behavioural, and digital learning interventions. The position requires strong facilitation skills (classroom and virtual), content creation capability, and proven experience within the financial services industry.

nKey Responsibilities

NTraining Delivery & Facilitation

N

n
- Conduct Induction, Refresher, Functional, Product, and Behavioral training sessions for employees.
N
- Facilitate training forcustomers, channel partners, and B2B stakeholders when required.
N
- Deliver learning effectively across both classroom and virtual (VILT) formats.
N
- Travel across the region to support branches, conduct sessions, and ensure consistent training delivery.
N
- Partner with branch leadership to identify gaps and recommend suitable training interventions.

nDigital Learning &Content; Creation

- Create clear, engaging training material—presentations, guides, short videos, assessments, and simple digital modules.
N
- Refresh and modernize existing content so it is easy to understand and accessible in digital formats.
N
- Use tools like Canva and other AI-based tools to improve the quality, design, and delivery of learning material.
N
- Support Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs by preparing easy-to-use content and helping design smooth digital learning experiences.

nStakeholder Management

- Work closely withProduct Managers, SMEs, Operations, HR, and internal trainers to ensure accurate, updated training delivery.

- Build strong working relationships with regional/branch managers to understand business priorities and capability needs.

- Communicate training plans, outcomes, and feedback effectively to leadership and stakeholders.

nProcess & Documentation

- Maintain trainingMIS, reports, attendance, participant feedback, and assessments.
N
- Ensure documentation isaudit-ready and aligned to internal compliance standards.

- Track training effectiveness and share insights for continuous improvement.

nSkills & Competencies Required

NTraining & Facilitation Skills

- Strong facilitation skills across physical classrooms as well as virtual platforms (VILT).

- Ability to engage participants and simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.

- Experience delivering behavioral and soft-skills training is preferred.

nContent Development & Digital Skills

- Ability to createsimple, engaging, and visually appealing digital training content.
N
- Working knowledge of Canva and comfort using AI tools for content creation, visuals, and basic video elements.

- Familiarity with LMS usage and digital learning platforms.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- High level of ownership, planning, and organizational ability to manage multiple branches.

nQualifications & Experience

N

- Mandatory: 8-10 years of experience overall of which minimum 3 in financial services (Broking, BFSI, Wealth, Insurance or related domains) in a sales training or capability-building role.

- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.

Certifications in L&D;, facilitation, or instructional design are an advantage.

- Experience handling multi-location training delivery and virtual sessions is desirable.

- Basic Proficiency in Canva, digital tools, and AI-based content creation platforms is required.
