About This Job MARS Cosmetics Location: Delhi, India, India Work Mode: On-site Industry: Personal Care Product Manufacturing Job Title- Regional Sales Manager Location- Delhi Experience- 5-10 years About The Role- Mars Cosmetics is looking for a agile and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead and grow our General Trade business across North region. The ideal candidate will come strictly from the beauty/cosmetics industry, with hands-on experience in General Trade (GT) sales (not counter/Beauty Advisor led retail). Key Responsibilities- Deliver primary and secondary sales targets for Delhi GT marketAppoint, manage, and evaluate distributors and stocklists across the territory.Build and lead a team of Area Sales Managers/Sales Officers for GT coverageDrive product placement, visibility, and shelf share across wholesale and retail outletsMonitor and improve key sales metrics: outlet coverage, strike rate, lines per bill, average bill value,



and distributor ROI.Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends in cosmetics/FMCG GT spacePlan and execute trade schemes, incentives, and promotional activitiesEnsure distributor ROI, stock rotation, and claim settlements are managed efficientlyReport on sales performance, market feedback, and forecast accuracy to leadership Requirements 5-10 years in FMCG/Cosmetics sales, with strong General Trade experiencePrior experience in cosmetics/personal care industry is mandatoryCandidates with only Beauty Advisor (BA) background will NOT be considered.

Proven track record of distributor management and team handlingStrong Delhi market knowledge and existing GT network preferredGraduate/MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred
