Regional Sales Manager (RSM) – Solar EPC Company: Artha Energy Resources LLP Location- Delhi NCR and Tamil Nadu Role Overview Artha Energy Resources LLP is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to drive business growth in the Industrial & Commercial (C&I;) Rooftop Solar segment. The candidate will be responsible for achieving regional sales targets, managing the BDE team, and independently closing projects.

Key Responsibilities Generate and close C&I; rooftop solar projects.

Lead and mentor the Business Development team.

Review daily sales activities and support BDEs in achieving targets.

Conduct client meetings, negotiations, and project closures.

Build robust relationships with industrial clients and expand the regional business.

Eligibility

Minimum 5+ years of experience in Solar EPC Sales.





Must have direct sales experience in the C&I;/Industrial Rooftop Solar segment.

Experience in Channel Sales, Tender Sales, KUSUM Projects, or Open Access Projects will not be considered.

Must have achieved at least 8 MW sales in the last year across 8 or more clients.

Should have managed a team with minimum 2 direct reportees.

Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Target Annual Sales Target: 10 MW (Detailed KPIs will be discussed during the interview.) Skills: solar epc project,technical ability,build strong relationships,distributed team management
