As a member of the Partner Routes to market community in India , you will work with some of the smartest sales professionals managing our partner relationships from Systems Integrators, Consulting partners, Cloud Service Providers, EPCs, Re-Sellers, ISVs to Distributors! Your Impact
- Drive strategic alignment between Partners Cisco s Sales Teams to maximize success.
- Understand key industry trends and dynamics Work with Cisco's Partners to develop and grow a profitable business focused on Cisco Solutions
- Strong eye for business including financial,
management and operational capabilities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills. Robust negotiating and influencing skills
- Ability to collaborate with local, regional and corporate teams in a large cross-functional organization across time zones.
- People Management - Provide sales coaching to a team of partner account managers
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor s degree - MBA or post graduate preferred.
16+ years of sales experience
Sales management experience in a technical sales organization is needed
People management experience required
