Job DescriptionWe are looking for a talented and results-driven Embedded software service Sales Leader to join our team. The Sales Leader will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and maintaining robust relationships with existing clients.

NResponsibilities:

NIdentify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation strategies.

NDevelop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in High tech, Embedded engineering and cloud space

NConduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

NCollaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns.

NPrepare and deliver salesproposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.

NNegotiate terms and closesales to meet or exceed sales targets.

NProvide regular updates and reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to the management team.





NStay informed about industry developments, market trends, and competitor offerings.

NAttend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and network with potential clients.

NQualifications

nBachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).

NProven track record of success in sales, with at least 5-15years of experience in a similar role.

NStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

NExcellent presentation and public speaking abilities.

NAbility to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.

NProficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

NA goal-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering results and exceeding targets.

NExisting connects into customers like Microsoft etc. will be an added advantage
