Job Summary:

- Responsible for all strategic planning & execution of programming calendar for the assigned Region &
- Stations

- Ensuring Number 1 ranking of all assigned Stations in all aspects

- Handling Team of PHs, RJs/CW/PP etc.

- Content Strategy

- Objective setting for stations on a Monthly/quarterly

- PR/Activation/Interactive/Marketing/Sales

- Creative approach for all Content including Spikes

- Ensuring training of entire team for smooth operation

- Ensuring all Processes &

- Systems for the Creative team across the region

- Music Royalty Commercials &

- Negotiations

- Non-Music Content Content design from a strategic point of view, to maximize listenership ratings

Job Requirements :
