NResolve operational and other technical issues in the Region
NMaintain communication with Delivery, Sales and Admin teams on regular basis
NLead the planning and delivery of effective, productive,
and sustainable operations across the Region
NEnsure that delivery is in line with budgets and key performance indicators
NMonitor, coach, support, motivate and develop team members
NManage risk for all the services in the region on an on-going basis, giving early insight into any issues. Ensure that all service delivery is within and compliant with relevant regulatory frameworks and contract requirements.
NExposure in handling external agencies (with legal help). He should lead from the front.
NExposure in crowd management.
NUnderstanding Local Area Networking will be an added advantage.
