Position Title: Regional Manager Location: PAN India

Reporting To: Zonal Manager Department: Services – Inspection - Retail

Objective

To own and drive the overall health and growth of the inspection business within the assigned region by achieving planned inspection targets,

expanding client base, improving business share, and ensuring superior operational performance, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Accountability

- Own end-to-end responsibility for business performance, including achievement of inspection targets as per plan.
- Acquire current clients and expand into new segments beyond Banks, NBFCs, and OEMs.
- Increase business share with existing clients through proactive engagement and performance excellence.
- Lead, train, mentor, and align teams to function as a cohesive and high-performing unit.
- Ensure effective day-to-day management of inspection operations across the regions.
- Monitor and control key performance metrics including TAT, quality, productivity, and service delivery.
- Manage and resolve client and agency escalations in a timely and effective manner.
- Conduct monthly agency and RO meetings and performance reviews to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure timely collection of receivables from clients and ROs within the defined target.
- Share regular product, process, and performance updates with the team.
- Gather market intelligence on used vehicle demand, supply, and pricing trends to support business decisions.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction scores, including maintaining strong performance.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align strategy, execution, and client expectations.

Experience

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar leadership or operations role within automotive inspection, valuation, or allied industries.
- Educational qualification: Diploma/Degree in Automotive Technology preferred.
- Proven experience in business growth, operations management, and client relationship handling.
