We are looking for a Regional Head - Operations for South location, this role offers a unique opportunity to lead and grow a high-value business portfolio of approximately ₹5,000 Cr. The ideal candidate will operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting, driving strategic outcomes and delivering exceptional business performance.

18–20 years FMCG experienc e with 15+ years in leadershi p, handling large volumes and teams will be preferred

Job Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Category, SCM, Finance, and Operations to ensure seamless execution and strategic alignment
- Drive operational excellence through strict adherence to processes, systems, and compliance requirement
- Responsible for top line and bottom line performance
- Drive strategy into action with sharp, timely execution
- Build a high-performance team by leading training,



coaching, and capability development
- Cultivate strong, influential relationships with internal and external stakeholders, enabling smooth operations and long-term business success
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and business transformation

Qualification : Post Graduation with 18-20 years of relevant experience
