Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Partnership

- Partner with business leaders to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies that support organisational goals.

- Provide proactive HR guidance and solutions to improve business performance.

- Analyse workforce data and HR metrics to support informed decision-making.

Talent Management

- Support workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning.

- Identify high-potential employees and support career development initiatives.

- Collaborate with Learning & Development to address capability gaps.

Performance Management

- Drive the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.

- Coach managers on performance improvement and employee development.

Employee Relations

- Advise managers and employees on employee relations matters.

- Investigate workplace concerns and recommend appropriate resolutions.

- Promote a positive employee experience and foster an inclusive workplace culture.

Compensation and Benefits

- Partner with Compensation &

Benefits teams on salary reviews, incentive programmes, and market benchmarking.

- Provide recommendations aligned with business needs and organisational policies.

HR Compliance

- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, labour regulations, and company policies.

- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

- Support audits and regulatory reporting requirements.

Employee Engagement

- Lead employee engagement initiatives and analyse survey results.





- Develop action plans to improve engagement, retention, and organisational culture.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

- Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CIPD, PHR, SPHR) is an advantage.

- 510 years of progressive HR experience, including experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist.

- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

- Solid problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

- Employee engagement scores.

- Leadership capability development.

- HR compliance and audit outcomes.

- Employee relations case resolution timelines.

- Business stakeholder satisfaction.

Working Conditions

- Office or hybrid work environment.

- Occasional travel to business locations may be required.

- Ability to support multiple business units and stakeholders.
