nA fast-growing fintech product company is looking for a Regional GTM & Partnerships Manager to support its expansion across the MENA/GCC region.

NThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding new markets, identifying business opportunities, building partnerships, and translating market insights into successful go-to-market strategies.

NKey Responsibilities

- Conduct in-depth marketresearch across MENA/GCC countries.
N
- Study country-specific regulations, market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
N
- Identify market opportunities, product gaps, and emerging business trends.
N
- Research and build relationships with potential partners and ecosystem players.
N
- Manage partnerships from identification and onboarding through enablement and ongoing engagement.
N
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Business, and Leadership teams.

- Convert research findings into actionable product, partnership, and GTM recommendations.
N
- Support GTM execution for new products and regional initiatives.
N

nRequired Skills & Experience

- 2–3 years of experience in Market Research, Business Research, Partnerships, GTM, FinTech, BFSI, Payments, or related domains.
N
- Prior experience in market/business research is mandatory.
N
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
N
- Excellent communicationand stakeholder management abilities.
N
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
N
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
N
- Strong interest in FinTech, Payments, Compliance, or Technology ecosystems is preferred.

nPreferred Background

NCandidates from FinTech, Payments, Banking, SaaS, RegTech, Digital Banking, or Technology startups will be preferred.
