We are looking for a Reddit Marketing Expert who understands Reddit’s culture, communities, rules, and user behaviour. The candidate will be responsible for building and improving brand presence on Reddit through genuine participation, relevant discussions, strategic posting, and online reputation management. This role requires someone who already uses Reddit, understands how different subreddits operate, and knows how to engage naturally without making content appear promotional, repetitive, or spammy.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage brand presence across relevant subreddits.

Create organic and meaningful conversations around brands, products, services, and related topics.

Research suitable subreddits based on the brand’s industry and target audience.

Prepare Reddit accounts for responsible long-term use by building genuine activity, credibility, and participation history.

Write and publish relevant posts and comments wherever required.

Support online reputation management by participating in discussions, answering questions, and addressing inaccurate or negative information professionally.

Monitor Reddit conversations related to assigned brands, competitors, products, and industries.

Follow subreddit-specific rules, posting guidelines, and Reddit’s platform policies.

Maintain records of account activity, posts, comments, engagement, and results.





Identify opportunities to naturally introduce a brand into relevant conversations.

Coordinate with the content and marketing team to maintain consistent brand messaging.

Candidate Requirements

Must have an active Reddit account

.Must understand how Reddit, subreddits, karma, moderators, upvotes, downvotes, posting restrictions, and community rules work

.Previous experience using Reddit for marketing, community engagement, brand building, or ORM is preferred

.Basic understanding of IP addresses, account security, browser sessions, and how online platforms identify unusual activity

.Strong written English and the ability to communicate naturally

.Ability to write comments and posts that sound genuine, relevant, and community-focused

.Valuable research skills and the ability to understand different industries quickly

.Ability to manage multiple Reddit accounts and campaigns in an organised and policy-compliant manner

.Must be patient, consistent, and comfortable working with long-term organic marketing strategies

.Should understand that Reddit marketing requires trust-building and cannot be treated like direct advertising

. Compensation The salary will be ₹6,000 per month for the first three months. Performance will be reviewed after the probation period, and compensation may be revised based on the candidate’s quality of work, consistency, account management skills, and campaign results.
