Role Description The Recruitment Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities on the Globelance platform. This includes sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating and conducting interviews, and matching talent profiles to client requirements across various roles and industries.

The Recruitment

Specialist will collaborate closely with consultants, freelancers, and employer clients to understand hiring needs, provide market insights, and ensure a smooth, efficient hiring process. Daily tasks include maintaining candidate pipelines, updating recruitment status in the platform, supporting onboarding where needed, and contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment best practices and workflows.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Recruiting and Hiring skills, including experience managing full-cycle recruitment.




- Candidates should possess effective Interviewing and Communication skills to assess talent and engage stakeholders professionally.
- Candidates should possess Training and candidate development skills to guide talent through processes and improve readiness for roles.
- Experience working with remote or distributed teams and familiarity with digital recruitment tools and platforms.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, handle multiple requisitions, and adapt to changing client and market needs.
- Prior experience in agency recruiting, consulting, or talent acquisition in a global or multi-industry context is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
