Role Description

We are hiring a Remote HR Recruiter on a target based model. This is a work from home prospect for professionals who enjoy hiring, networking, and building strong talent pipelines. You will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding successful hires, while achieving monthly hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and other hiring platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
- Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline.
- Achieve weekly and monthly hiring targets.
- Represent Crestarion professionally throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

- Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and job portals.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.

Role Description

We are hiring a Remote HR Manager on a target based model. The successful candidate will lead the recruitment function, manage HR Recruiters, develop hiring strategies, and ensure recruitment goals are achieved within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of HR Recruiters.
- Develop recruitment strategies for technical and non technical hiring.
- Monitor recruiter performance and hiring targets.
- Review candidate quality before onboarding.
- Build partnerships with consultants, colleges, and placement agencies.
- Maintain recruitment reports and performance dashboards.
- Improve hiring processes and reduce turnaround time.
- Ensure timely fulfillment of open positions.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in HR Management or Talent Acquisition.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Experience using HR software and recruitment platforms.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
