About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and energetic Recruitment & HR Coordinator to manage end-to-end hiring, ensure seamless HR processes and support. This role will serve as the backbone of HR operations while contributing to a solid talent experience.
Key Responsibilities• Manage end-to-end recruitment for business units sourcing,
screening, coordinating interviews.• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles.• Partner with HR and business leaders to understand role requirements and timelines.• Maintain Hiring dashboards, trackers, and trends.• Coordinate with external consultants/vendors where needed.• Assist in candidate and employee experience throughout the lifecycle.
Key Skills & Attributes• Exposure to HRIS systems preferred.• Strong organizational and execution skills• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination• High attention to detail• Ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience Required: 1–2 years in IT and Non-IT Recruitment Location: Bangalore (in-office) Schedule: 4 Days Work From Office + 1 Day Work From Home (Flexi Hours)
