Shift timing: 9:30AM-6:30PM

Working Days: 5 Days working - Monday to Friday (Sat and Sun fixed offs)

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: 1 – 3years

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT & Non - IT Technology and Product Hiring Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in recruitment, with a proven track record of closing emerging and niche skills. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for both IT & Non - IT positions.
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking
- Evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Maintain accurate recruitment data in ATS and prepare hiring reports
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Stay updated on IT & Non - IT industry trends, skills, and hiring practices
