Role Overview:
- Experience working as a complete life cycle recruiter right from advertising, filtering resumes, job posting, and pre-screening, background/reference checks, calling prospects and closing the requirement.
- Worked with Contractual as well as permanent hiring requirements
- Advance use of job boards, social media, Linkedin, headhunting, Mapping
- Prime responsibilities include sourcing,
interviewing and hiring of Non-IT professionals for multiple projects and assignments in the Non-IT services industry which would also include team management
- Web-based sourcing/recruiting Building a robust referral network
- Database creation and maintenance Cold Calling
- Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills.
- Ability to deliver the right candidate at the right time for the right kind of a rate.
- Maintain one to one Support with consultants, which lead to better understanding about their core expertise and in better servicing of client requirements.
