Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles (intern to mid-level) across departments.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other professional networks.
Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and coordinate final rounds with department heads.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Handle onboarding and documentation of new employees.
Collaborate with the HR team to design effective recruitment campaigns for creative and influencer roles.
Assist in developing HR policies, maintaining recruitment reports, and ensuring smooth communication between teams.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (freshers with strong communication skills may apply).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of sourcing tools, interview techniques, and recruitment processes.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a rapid-paced environment.
A people-person with an enthusiastic and approachable personality.
