About The Role We are seeking an experienced Semiconductor Recruiter to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the semiconductor industry and a proven track record in sourcing and recruiting highly skilled engineering professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring that our clients receive top-quality talent to meet their technical requirements.

You will work closely with hiring managers, technical teams, and clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions. This position offers the flexibility of remote or hybrid work arrangements, providing a stimulating environment for professionals passionate about technology and recruitment excellence.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in technical recruiting, with a preference for those with semiconductor industry experience.



A strong understanding of semiconductor engineering roles, terminology, and industry trends is essential. Candidates should demonstrate proven success in sourcing niche technical talent using various platforms and tools.

A bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent recruiting experience is preferred. Excellent communication, networking, and candidate engagement skills are crucial for success in this role. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM platforms, and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter will be highly valued.

Responsibilities The Semiconductor Recruiter will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the successful placement of engineering professionals.

Key responsibilities include sourcing, identifying, and recruiting candidates across multiple technical domains such as semiconductor design, ASIC, VLSI, FPGA, verification, embedded systems, firmware, hardware, validation, and process engineering. Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates is vital to meet ongoing client demands. The recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers and clients to gather detailed technical requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies.





Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle—from initial sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding—is a core aspect of the role. Conducting thorough candidate assessments to evaluate technical skills, experience, and project background ensures the delivery of high-quality talent. Maintaining accurate records within ATS/CRM systems and fostering strong relationships with candidates and clients are essential components of this position.
