Job Title Front Office Receptionist Location Yellowstone Resort Arambol Goa Job Summary The Front Office Receptionist will be the first point of contact for guests at Yellowstone Resort Arambol The role involves providing a warm welcome efficiently managing check-ins and check-outs handling guest queries and ensuring exceptional service in line with the resort s premium standards Key Responsibilities Welcome guests warmly and assist with smooth check-in check-out processes Handle reservations room assignments and guest requests efficiently Maintain guest records accurately in the property management system Provide information about resort facilities local attractions and activities Coordinate with housekeeping F B and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction Handle billing payments and cash transactions responsibly Uphold Yellowstone Resort s service standards and maintain a qualified appearance at all times Qualifications Skills Graduate in Hospitality or related field preferred Prior experience in front office or customer service hotel experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office and hotel management software Pleasant personality positive attitude and strong guest service orientation Work Schedule Full-time rotational shifts including weekends and holidays Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 12 000 00 - 16 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Ability to commute relocate Arambol Goa Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Experience Front desk 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
