Job Summary
Rajveer Chahal Education Consultants is looking for a professional, confident, and well-spoken Receptionist for our Ludhiana office. The candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, welcoming clients, handling calls, maintaining records, and supporting the counselling and administrative teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Attend and transfer incoming calls to the concerned department.
- Respond to basic enquiries regarding study visas, visitor visas, spouse visas, and other immigration services.
- Schedule appointments for visa counsellors.
- Maintain visitor, enquiry, and appointment records.
- Manage WhatsApp messages and follow up on general enquiries.
- Coordinate with counsellors and other team members.
- Handle basic data entry and office documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and professional reception area.
- Support daily administrative and front-office activities.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate or undergraduate with good communication skills.
- Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in an immigration office.
- Positive command of Punjabi, Hindi, and basic English.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and computer operations.
- Ability to handle clients politely and confidently.
- Good organisational and multitasking skills.
- Candidates from Ludhiana or nearby areas will be preferred.
