Functional Consultant – CE
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE modules.
- Deep understanding of business processes in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service, and Project Operations.
- Hands-on experience with Finance Modules in Dynamics 365 F&O.;
- Work on integration using the Power Platform and other connectors.
- Collaborate with technical teams to align configuration with business requirements.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for reporting and troubleshooting.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Azure infrastructure and Windows administration is a plus.
- Experience in customizing forms, workflows,
dashboards, and reports in Dynamics 365 CE.
Technical Consultant – CE
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Dynamics CRM components: entities, workflows, web resources, and forms.
- Experience with Unified Interface, Unified Service Desk, and Omnichannel capabilities.
- Perform solution management, upgrades, and setting management.
- Build and maintain data integrations with external systems.
- Create advanced reports and dashboards; execute data migrations as needed.
- Write complex SQL queries for analytics and backend logic.
