Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site role at our project location. The Sales Executive will represent our project, CSK SkyScape, at the site office and will be responsible for handling walk-in customers, managing leads, coordinating with channel partners, and driving sales closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable configurations.
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle — lead handling, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
- Work with channel partners and brokers to generate business.
- Handle inbound and outbound leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Share project details via calls, email, and WhatsApp and ensure follow-ups.
- Maintain customer database and sales pipeline.
- Achieve sales targets and support collections from customers.
- Present project features, amenities, and value proposition effectively.
- Coordinate with CRM / customer service teams for documentation and handover.
Required Skills
- Solid communication and customer handling skills.
- Good negotiation and closing ability.
- Good understanding of real estate sales process.
- Experience with channel partner sourcing
- Ability to manage broker and channel partner relationships.
- Comfortable working from site office environment.
Eligibility / Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Experience in residential project sales a must.
- Education: UG Graduate Any
