Sales Closing
- Manage the complete sales closing process from booking to possession.
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure timely completion of transactions.
- Monitor closing timelines and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Resolve customer concerns that may delay the closing process.
Customer Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers after booking.
- Guide customers through documentation and payment procedures.
- Provide regular updates on transaction status.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction throughout the closing journey.
Documentation & Compliance
- Verify customer KYC and supporting documents.
- Coordinate preparation and execution of sale agreements.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and document management systems.
Payment & Collections
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
