Role Description This is a full-time, in office Real Estate Associate role based in the Pune Division.

The Real Estate

Associate will support clients throughout their property journey, including understanding requirements, conducting property searches, arranging site visits, and coordinating with developers and agents. The role involves guiding clients through real estate transactions, preparing basic documentation, and ensuring smooth communication among stakeholders.



The associate will also help maintain market intelligence on local inventory, pricing, and trends, and contribute to sales targets through effective follow-ups and relationship management.

Collaboration with internal teams to improve customer experience and provide feedback on processes and tools is an important part of the role.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate, with understanding of market dynamics and property types.

Candidates should possess skills in Real Estate Transactions and Leases, including basic knowledge of documentation and transaction workflows.

Candidates should possess skills related to Real Estate Development, such as familiarity with project lifecycles and developer coordination.

Strong client-facing communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

Comfort working in a target-driven environment with attention to accuracy and detail.

Ability to work on-site in Pune Division, including local travel for client meetings and site visits.

Prior experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or related fields is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, finance, or a related discipline is advantageous.
