Ltd. is looking for energetic, ambitious, and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong client relationships.

Fresh graduates who are eager to learn and build a successful career in real estate sales are encouraged to apply. Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and qualify leads through calls, referrals, digital platforms, and walk-in inquiries. Understand clients' investment goals and property requirements.

Present residential and commercial real estate projects to prospective clients. Schedule and conduct client meetings and property site visits. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

Follow up with prospective clients to convert leads into sales. Negotiate pricing and assist clients throughout the sales process. Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and deal closures. Maintain accurate records of leads,



customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.

Required

SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Good negotiation and convincing skills. Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach. Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to achieve results. Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment. Freshers are welcome to apply.

Experience in sales, customer service, telesales, or real estate is an added advantage. Candidates with strong communication and presentation skills will be preferred.
