R&D; Team Leader | API / Active Ingredient Synthesis

Location: Bommasandra, Bengaluru

We're hiring an experienced R&D; Team Leader to lead process development for API / Active Ingredient Synthesis at a fast-growing, VC-backed specialty chemicals company.

What we're looking for

- PhD in Organic Chemistry with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or MSc in Chemistry with 12-15 years of experience.
- Strong expertise in process development, optimization, validation, and scale-up from lab to pilot plant.
- Experience in Agrochemicals, APIs, or Specialty Chemicals.
- Hands-on knowledge of technology transfer, process commercialization , impurity profiling, and analytical techniques (HPLC, GC, NMR, and MS).
- Proven ability to lead R&D; teams while remaining technically hands-on.
