Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, Clinical Research, and Healthcare roles.
- Understand client requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, job portals, internal databases, referrals, and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess technical skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.




- Ensure timely submission of quality profiles within client-defined turnaround times.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and update ATS/CRM regularly.
- Achieve individual hiring targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Stay updated on Life Sciences industry trends, market intelligence, and talent availability.

Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in Life Sciences recruitment.
- Experience hiring for Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Clinical Research, Medical Devices, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Validation, Drug Safety, Pharmacovigilance, Medical Writing, or Healthcare domains.
- Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong Boolean search and candidate sourcing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience working with domestic and/or international clients is an added advantage.
