Responsible for the day-to-day accounting process and supporting the senior accountant in carrying out the responsibilities of the accounting department.
Job Roles and Responsibilities
- Vendor master management Creation of recent vendors and ensuring non-duplication of vendors.
- Accounts payable - Invoice processing and review.
- Accounts receivables OTA billings, cash application & reconciliation.
- Bank reconciliations Matching transactions between the bank & GL and resolving reconciling items.
- Income Journal Verification of the correctness of PMS data with accounting data.
- General Ledger/Sales Tax/Balance Sheet reconciliations Preparation of journal, Preliminary workings, and month close support.
