We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Intern to manage quick commerce deliveries for our clients through leading logistics partners. If you love solving problems, coordinating with people and ensuring on-time deliveries, this role is for you! ROLE OVERVIEW
You will be the single point of contact for quick commerce delivery operations. Your primary responsibility is to coordinate with clients and logistics partners (Delhivery, Movin, FCPL, Blue Dart) to ensure smooth, on-time and accurate deliveries. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage end-to-end quick commerce deliveries for clients through Delhivery, Movin, FCPL & Blue Dart.
Coordinate with clients to understand daily delivery requirements, cut-off times & SLAs.
Create, book & schedule shipments on respective carrier platforms.
Share AWB/Tracking details with clients and follow up for smooth pickups.
Monitor shipment status in real-time and proactively resolve delays or exceptions.
Handle delivery escalations and act as the bridge between clients and logistics partners.
Maintain accurate MIS reports: Daily shipments, NDR, RTO, delivery performance, etc.
Ensure high SLA compliance & client satisfaction.
Continuously look for opportunities to improve turnaround time and delivery experience.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Currently pursuing any Graduate degree (BBA, BA, B.Com, Logistics/Supply Chain or any related field preferred).
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
