Quick Commerce & E-commerce ExecutiveAbout the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Quick Commerce & E-commerce Executive to manage our day-to-day operations across quick commerce and e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, Amazon, or Flipkart and possess a strong understanding of inventory management, order fulfillment, and marketplace operations.

This is a fast-paced role that requires strong coordination, ownership, and execution skills to ensure smooth operations across all sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations across Quick Commerce and e-commerce platforms

Coordinate inventory planning, stock replenishment, and inventory transfers

Ensure products remain in stock and prevent stock-outs across all platforms

Create and manage purchase orders and shipment schedules

Coordinate FBA shipments and inventory movement for marketplaces

Monitor order processing, dispatch, returns, cancellations, and fulfillment issues

Work closely with warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment

Coordinate with platform account managers to resolve operational issues





Monitor platform performance and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency

Maintain inventory accuracy and perform stock reconciliation

Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate documentation

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in Quick Commerce, Marketplace, or E-commerce Operations

Hands-on experience working with platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, Amazon, Flipkart, or similar

Strong understanding of inventory management and order fulfillment

Experience with FBA operations, purchase orders, and stock planning is preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders

Experience in a D2C or consumer brand will be an added advantage
