nWeare looking for a Quantity Surveyor / Project Executive who will be responsible for BOQ preparation, costing, and project coordination for interior fit-out projects. The candidate should have a strong understanding of interior design, estimation, and execution alignment.

NResponsibilities

- Prepare accurate BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and project quotations
N
- Perform cost estimationand budgeting for interior projects
N
- Coordinate with design,procurement, and execution teams
N
- Ensure alignment between design plans and project costing
N
- Work with vendors to obtain pricing and material details
N
- Track project costs andsupport in cost control and optimization
N
- Assist in project planning and execution support
N




- Maintain documentation and ensure accuracy in reports and estimates
N

nQualifications

n

N
- 2 – 5 years of experience in interior fit-out / estimation / quantity surveying
N
- Age below 32 years
n
- Background in Interior Design / Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying
N
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, BOQ, and quotation preparation
N
- Experience in residential interior projects
N
- Good understanding of materials, costing, and execution workflow
N
- Strong analytical and communication skills
N
